Heathrow, FL, May 28, 2010 - Dual Electronics announced it is now shipping their new marine combo pack, the MXCP42 ($149.99). This mechless 1.0 DIN AM/FM marine receiver features a marinized chassis, USB, SD card and 3.5mm front panel aux inputs and a 100 watt (25 watts x 4) built-in amplifier. The MXCP42's two included 6.5" multi-fit speakers are perfect for you to upgrade your boat with seamless sound and style.
The AM/FM tuner has 30 station presets (18FM/12AM) allowing you to enjoy all your favorite stations while exploring uncharted waters. The SD Card and USB inputs can access MP3 or WMA music files from most media devices up to 16GB. The front auxiliary input (3.5mm) can be used to connect most portable MP3 players from its headphone jack. Around back, the unit features one pair of preamp outputs allowing for system expansion of an external amplifier.

The HDM90 supports iTunes Tagging as well; when users hear a song they like on an HD Radio station that is broadcasting metadata, they can 'tag' the song by pressing and holding the "TAG" button on the head unit. The information provided about the songs is transferred to the iPod and the next time it is connected to the computer, iTunes automatically presents the songs in a new Tagged playlist so the user has the option to preview the songs before purchasing.
