DUAL ELECTRONICS ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC BUSINESS REORGANIZATION

-- Greater Focus on Specific Customer Needs and New Business Opportunities are the Results
of the Reorganization, which also Marks Dual's Strengthened Commitment to
the Consumer Electronics Industry --

HEATHROW, Fla. (Oct. 6, 2010) - Dual Electronics Corporation announced today a strategic reorganization
within their sales and marketing departments. Aimed to better equip the company to serve their customers, the
changes include the creation of a dedicated sales team to focus on the 12V specialist market. This new sales
organization will be headed by Jamie Walt, Vice President of Sales, and a veteran of the mobile electronics
industry. Jamie and his team will lead Dual to become more in tune with the specific needs of independent
dealers, distributors and specialists who represent the very foundation of the mobile electronics industry.

In support of his new organization, Jamie Walt is pleased to announce that Matthew Gonzalez is joining his team as a Regional Sales Manager, Northeast US. "Matthew is bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge both as a manufacturer and distributor. His extensive experience in the 12V industry will greatly benefit our new organization", added Jamie.

"The creation of this dedicated 12V specialist sales force will also allow Dual's co-founder, Clyde Podraza, and his team of national account managers to better serve Dual\'s current customer base and to put greater emphasis on Dual's new business opportunities, such as the newly launched Portable GPS & Battery Cradle for iPod touch (XGPS251), said Jim Braun, President and CEO of Dual Electronics."

Other organizational changes include expanding Dual's marketing department."In order to maintain and further grow our competitive position in the market, it is necessary to continue adding dedicated resources to our team, and I am happy to announce that Joanna Lukins has joined Dual as the new Director of Marketing and will be in charge of all our trade and consumer communications, added Braun". Joanna has over 15 years of hands-on marketing experience, 9 of which are within the consumer electronics industry.
