in-vehicle audio product line with two new multimedia DVD receivers, and 4 CD receivers at the 2012
International CES. The multimedia units will ship in early 2012, while the CD receivers, unveiled last fall,
are shipping now. The receivers enhance the in-vehicle entertainment experience providing convenient
access to music and movies, and will be on display in Booth 1818 in North Hall of the Las Vegas
Convention Center.

The two multimedia receivers deliver a full entertainment experience on the road. The XDVD3201 (MSRP
$349) 2.0 DIN DVD receiver boasts a 6.2� digital, LED backlit, high-resolution (1.15 Megapixels) touchscreen
display, while the XDVD3101 (MSRP $329) 1.0 DIN DVD receiver boasts a larger 7\" display. To
provide convenient access to users� music and video libraries, the receivers are compatible with iPod and
iPhone devices, and offer a USB input, an SD card input and a 3.5mm auxiliary input for connecting to
other portable media devices. The units have the ability to play back a variety of file formats including
DVD, CD, MP3, WMA and JPG. Two dedicated RCA-type video outputs on the back of the receivers
enable the connection of additional monitors for rear-seat entertainment. The receivers are back-up camera
ready and include a steering wheel interface input (adapter required).

The four new CD receivers offer several convenient features including built-in Bluetooth, SiriusXM-Ready
and HD Radio Ready�. The top of the line XDMA6540 (MSRP $249) offers built-in Bluetooth Wireless
Technology with support for hands-free calling (HFP), audio-streaming (A2DP) and player control
(AVRCP) profiles, allowing convenient connectivity for most of today�s popular mobile devices. The unit
has a full graphic LCD, and the RGB Custom Color feature allows the user to choose from over 32,000
color combinations for the LCD and button illumination. The receiver also offers a Portable Device Mount
which attaches to the side of the unit and securely holds portable electronics in place within the driver�s
reach. The mount represents a great added value for consumers who use their smartphones for navigation
and music streaming. The receiver also features the SiriusXM Connect universal tuner, which allows the
Vehicle Tuner Kit to be plugged directly into the receiver (sold separately, SiriusXM subscription
required). The unit is also HD Radio Ready (tuner required).

The additional XDMA6510 (MSRP $169), XDMA5280 (MSRP $149) and X2DMA400 (MSRP $149) all
feature direct USB control for iPod and iPhone, front panel USB and 3.5mm auxiliary inputs, and are
compatible with MP3, WMA, CD-R/RW formats. The X2DMA400 2.0 DIN CD Receiver is SiriusXMReady,

Las Vegas, NV (January 10, 2012) � Dual Electronics Corporation unveiled today 8 new marine audio
products including two CD receivers and six receiver & speakers combo units. Shipping now, the products
are specifically designed for use in harsh marine environments. The new introductions are on display in
booth 1818 in North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

"This line is geared specifically towards performance, long-term protection from the elements and
integration with the latest portable media devices,� said Jim Braun, President and CEO, Dual Electronics
Corp. �Convenience while on the open water is paramount to an enjoyable marine excursion and these

All new CD receivers include removable silicone covers to protect front panel inputs from water splashes
and debris, while the faceplate and other exposed elements are injection-molded using high-temperature
UV-resistant resins to prevent weathering and breakdown from the sun. The chassis is wrapped in a tough,
dirt and moisture-resistant layer of PET (polyethylene) while Electrophoretically Deposited Paint (EDP) is
applied to the chassis offering additional protection against corrosion. To protect the internal components,
a transparent protective coating is applied to all circuit boards surfaces and guards against dust,
condensation and corrosion � ensuring maximum durability in marine environments.

The stand-alone AM400W CD receiver (MSRP $119.99) boasts a built-in 7-channel NOAA Weather Band
Tuner, direct USB control for most iPod and iPhone devices, and includes a front-panel 3.5mm auxiliary
input for connecting other portable media devices. The more full-featured AMB600W (MSRP $179.99)
adds built-in Bluetooth Wireless Technology with support for hands-free calling (HFP), audio streaming
(A2DP) and player control (AVRCP), an SD card input and is also SiriusXM-Ready�. The Bluetooth
technology allows the user to conveniently integrate smartphones and other portable media devices into the
boat�s audio system, while keeping the devices hidden and protected from possible water splashes. The
SiriusXM Connect universal tuner allows the Vehicle Tuner Kit to be plugged directly into the receiver.
(Sold separately, SiriusXM subscription required.) Both receivers feature a vibrant, high-contrast (black on
white) LCD display which ensures full visibility even in extreme sunlight.

The six receiver and speaker combo units provide full sound in a compact package and range in price from
$89.99-$159.99. They each come with a receiver and 6.5� speakers with a dual cone design, a corrosionresistant
ABS basket, and are constructed with high-temperature and UV-resistant materials.

The AMCP400W (MSRP $159.99) includes the new full-featured AM400W CD receiver described above
and two speakers. The MCP300GH combo pack (MSRP $159.99) offers a CD receiver with front-panel
USB and 3.5mm auxiliary inputs, an SD card input (behind the faceplate), and has the ability to play back
CD, MP3, and WMA formats. It also comes with a fully enclosed Gimbal Housing that can accommodate
most 1.0 DIN head units and features a rubber-seal transparent fold-down door, UV resistant construction,
stainless steel mounting hardware and rubber grommets for cables to give the unit long-lasting protection
from the elements. The MCP300 combo pack (MSRP $139.99) features the same CD receiver and speakers
as described above minus the gimbal housing.

The mid-range MCP204 and MCP200S (both MSRP $139.99) offer CD receivers with front panel USB
power port and 3.5mm auxiliary input and compatibility with CD and CD-R/RW formats. The MCP204
comes with two pairs of 6.5� speakers while the MCP200S comes with two speakers and a splashguard
with transparent fold-down door with rubber seal to further protect the receiver.

Rounding out the new offerings is the MCP100 combo pack (MSRP $89.99) featuring digital media
receiver with solid state mechless design and a pair of 6.5� speakers. The mechless receiver accepts only
